New Dinnages 'FordStore' in Brighton Completed
Works to rebrand Dinnages are now complete with the new 'FordStore' opening following refurbishment works.
Over two contracts Mackellar Schwerdt have overseen the complete internal refit and remodeling of the Dinnages Brighton car showroom.
Consent for 12 New Dwellings in Uckfield Granted
The practice recently obtained Reserved Matters Consent, for 12 dwellings, on November 21st.
The dwellings comprise of 2 bed flats, 2, 3 and 4 bed homes along with off road parking and private garages and the practice has now prepared technical drawings for construction.
Planning Permission Granted for 123 New Dwellings
Outline Consent was granted on 12th December for 123 Dwellings in the village of Horam.
The scheme was commended for its traditional appearance and will go a way to helping meet the local housing need, including a provision for 35% of the dwellings to be affordable homes.
