Mackellar Schwerdt Architects has successfully secured residential planning permission with Tandridge District Council for a site on Stanstead Road, Caterham.
By demolishing outdated, undersized flats on a brownfield site, we are making room for four spacious 3 & 4-bed family homes which will be 100% Net-Zero Carbon.
