Outline Consent was granted on 12th December for 123 Dwellings in the village of Horam.
The scheme was commended for its traditional appearance and will go a way to helping meet the local housing need, including a provision for 35% of the dwellings to be affordable homes.
The outline layout includes generous open communal areas and sustainable drainage in the form of swales and ponds and includes a mix of 1 bed flats as well as 2, 3, 4 and 5 bed homes.
