Our recent Sea Cadets site project for Tandridge District Council demonstrates how sustainable design can meet the community's needs. We've secured planning permission for an innovative 16-unit development featuring 100% affordable three-bedroom homes and a fully wheelchair-accessible bungalow in Caterham. As finalists in the South East Construction Best Architectural Design awards, our approach shows that high-performance, environmentally conscious architecture can deliver both social impact and design excellence.
