As part of The Lewes Heritage Open Days event, The Old Library will be open to the public on Friday September 9th 2016 from 11am.
The Old Library was a School of Science and Art and then the town museum before becoming the town library in 1956 until 2006. There will be an exhibition about the history of the building and the work of Mackellar Schwerdt Architects over the last 54 years in Lewes. Entry is free.
