Private Developer Residential Scheme

Mackellar Schwerdt Architects have just successfully submitted for pre-application advice on behalf of a private developer for a scheme of 43no flats and houses on a topographically challenging site, backing up to the Green Belt.

The heritage works to 12-13 York Buildings for Hastings Borough Council are nearing handover.

Mackellar Schwerdt has overseen the conversion of the Late Georgian Grade II Listed accommodation located on the first, second and third floors at 12, 13 York Buildings, Wellington Place, Hastings, to six one-bedroom flats, creating much needed affordable flats in the centre of Hastings.
