COMMERCIAL PROJECTS

Mackellar Schwerdt Architects has a long history of innovative design and has built many offices, corporate headquarters, call centres and industrial sheds. Two recent projects are featured below. A new 3,250 square metre, printing facility and company HQ which includes a call centre. The facility houses a Goss printing machine and associated conveyor and vacuum extract plant. The lower pictures feature the new distribution centre for Icon Live, from two warehouse units. The project involved complete re-roofing and external wall cladding together with ancillary office and staff accommodation, installation of a two-level racking system and conveyor for packaging.
